Soria Coetzee-Britz

Soria is a Senior Partner at Shaban Clark Coetzee and Graduated at the previously called RAU with an LLB degree in 2000. She then commenced articles at Olivier & O’Connor Attorneys, was admitted as an attorney in 2003 and appointed as director of Olivier & O’Connor in 2004.

Soria joined Will in partnership in 2008 and has, for the duration of her legal career, specialised in Construction Law, Commercial property litigation, Commercial Law, Labour Law. She was appointed on a prominent pro bono matter which was reported case law (Supreme Court of Appeal) in 2015 (LM v Goldstein NO and Others (27168/2013, 12782/2014) [2014] ZAGPJHC 401; 2016 (1) SA 465 (GJ) (5 September 2014)).
